Last updated September 19, 2026. These terms apply to the public MemoryPulse marketing website and do not replace a signed pilot, license, NDA, or production agreement.
Qualification results
Published measurements describe the identified test environments and configurations. They are not warranties or guarantees that another workload, fleet, or facility will achieve the same reduction, latency, density, energy, or economic result. Customer specific results are established through qualification.
Economic models
Any capacity, hardware, power, cooling, or facility model on this site is illustrative and uses editable assumptions. A modeled rack scale or hardware capacity equivalent is not automatically the same as realized cash savings. Actual value depends on deployment constraints and on whether qualified capacity is avoided, deferred, redeployed, or used for additional work.
Intellectual property
MemoryPulse is patent pending. The public site describes product behavior and selected evidence without granting rights to proprietary implementation, software, trademarks, patents, or confidential methods. Deeper technical disclosure may require an appropriate written agreement.
Commercial use
Access to this site is informational. Pilot scope, production rights, pricing, service levels, security requirements, support, liability, and other commercial terms are established only through the applicable written agreements.
